We chose the carob tree as a symbol, because it is a tree that is not in a hurry. It grows slowly, but with strength. It resists, gives shade, fruit, silence. It is a tree that guards, that protects. As families do. As we would like to do, with each guest. We have planted many of them around the house, almost as if we wanted to draw a natural border made of love and care. The house is made up of five apartments, each unique, but united by a common soul. A swimming pool with a bar, a playground, spaces to live together — or to savor in silence. Everything speaks of hospitality, but with the delicacy of those who know that every journey is also a search for oneself. You don't arrive at the Carrubo by chance. You arrive when you are looking for beauty, but also peace. When you want to feel time slow down, breathe nature, find something authentic.
